 Jamie another bracket racer turned head-up racer done quit well in 2007 at the Dirty Mo. Jamie and wife Ghia scored a runner-up finish with his Albert Performance 632 and Stroupe build Grand Am. He also scored a win and runner-up finish in the MotorMile's Mean 16.

Joel Douglas/Anthony Sherrill- Statesville, NC- new Stroupe Cavalier. Douglas ran a 4.35 ET at first Big Dog. 632 power plant

Ronnie Gardner- Burlington, NC- new ex-Stroupe built car. Updated by his PrimeTime Race Cars shops. Already posted a big opening Big Dog win and ran a 4.19 ET with Jack Gaddy entry.

Jack Gaddy- Burlington, NC – the tree trimmer coming out of retirement to run the ex-Houston Dial driven Chevy Cavalier.

Todd Howard/Jerry Williams- Mocksville, NC – former Quick 8 Racers Assoc. champion returning to the big cars from the VW's to drive Jerry Williams fast Ford Probe.

Jamie Chappell- Boonville, NC- Local racer with ex-IHRA Pro Stock Stroupe built Pontiac Grand Am. 632 Albert power was a Lil Dawg runner-up last year and 2007 MMD Mean 16 race winner.

Chad Tilley- Lexington, NC- new freshen 728 Albert power plant. Already clicked off a 4.22 at the Farm in the Stroupe built Pontiac Grand Am. Three time Dawgs winner in ’07 look for more.

Rocky Raynor- Greensboro, NC- Most dominating Mad Dawg racer in his Stoupe built Corvette. The “We Fly Together” Team is off to a slow start, but watch out when the Mad Dawgs are unleashed.

Donnie Krusinski- Colfax, NC- new motor combination for his TM built Monte Carlo

Andy Beal/ Pete Dogoli- New 762 motor combination out of the Beal Racing Engines shops in the Tim McAmis Camaro. Had a great semi-final showing at Piedmont with a best ET of 4.24.

Todd Tutterow- Lewisville, NC – Always a threat regardless of what he drives. Already with a Big Dog runner-up this year and former Mad Dawg finalist, rumored to have a new power glide tranny for his TM built Willy's?

David Campbell- Hillsborough, NC – Purchased the ex-Greg Anderson Pontiac and is coming with a bigger motor in ‘08. Former Mad Dawg qualifier already test at the Farm.

Bob & Jason Harris- Pittsboro, NC- Brings a New Pontiac GTO with a new Albert 632 power plant to the dawg fight. 

Travis Harvey- Burlington, NC- The Russ Farmer owned Race Tech Camaro is a powerhouse with the Nesbitt 632 in it. The Carolina Kid was a opening Big Dog semi-finalist and always a treat to win.

Darrin Hoyle- Taylorsville, NC-   Former champion in

Mark ”the Kid” Jones- Rural Hall, NC- Drove Jim Wheatly’s Buck powered Bickle Camaro last year some and his own car. Has had light weight Mike Heath in his Oldsmobile this year testing. Want know til “Mad Dawg Happy Hours” Friday, May 2nd who will be driving.

James Bunton- Statesville, NC – Former D-9 Top Sportsman champion got hooked on the heads-up Dawg racing last year. Bunton & the boys ’96 Corvette is looking for revenge this year over the Morrison & Rucker ’57 Chevy.

Dap Morrison- Statesville, NC- Ran a great ¼ mile qualifying time at the Rock. Looking to get it together for the heads-up dawgs with their Gibbs built ’57 Chevy. Got to stay in front of J.B. !

Jim Teachman – Coming with a two car team in 2008 with his son driving the “Gotham City” ’57 Chevy and him in the Oldsmobile. Brian ran a 4.30 at the Farm back Easter weekend.

Tony Wilson- Mooresville, NC – Will be driving his familiar Monte Carlo at the Dawg races and Dap’s ’57 at the Big Dog events in ’08.
